If the stationery is a little for your needs, you can choose a more subtle approach by placing images in an email address sent from Mac Mail, or by setting a general HTML signature for Mac Mail that basically provides simpler formatting options for signing emails with professionals commonly used in office environments.
Template formatting works in the same way as HTML e-mail signatures, using markup languages to style and customize e-mail.
